Lost and Found Policy

At Imperial Hotel Galway, we understand that personal belongings can occasionally be forgotten or misplaced during a stay. While we do our best to assist in recovering lost items, please note that the hotel is not liable for any personal property that is left behind, and we cannot guarantee that all items will be located.

If an item is found either in a guest room or elsewhere on the hotel premises, it will be recorded and securely stored for a period of 90 days. After this period, any unclaimed items will be responsibly disposed of. Perishable goods, including food or beverages, will be discarded immediately for health and safety reasons.

To assist with locating your item, we kindly ask that you complete the Lost & Found Form below. Please include your full name, contact details, full mailing address including Eircode, room number, date of departure, and a brief description of the item and where it may have been left (e.g., guest room, restaurant, lobby, etc.).

Once your form has been submitted, a member of our team will respond within 72 hours.

If your item is located, we will contact you to arrange its return. Please note that postage and packaging costs will apply, and credit card details will be required to process this charge via registered post.
