The safety of our guests and staff have always been important to us and everyone in our hotel should expect a safe, clean and protected environment. The Coronavirus crisis has impacted greatly on how we now do things, which is why we have extra rigorous daily and weekly cleaning regimes in place. With a number of different suppliers, Western Hygiene, SanServ and CW who are all leaders in suppling cleaning and hygiene products, our promise seeks to give you extra peace of mind so you can book and stay with confidence.
Checking-in and social distancing:
Minimising contact and increasing protection at reception with Perspex screens, keeping social distancing measures in place and Auto dispense hand sanitiser are available in public areas.
More frequent cleaning of high-touch areas, such as lift controls, door handles, counter tops and hand rails with approved disinfectants effective against Covid-19. In the bedrooms, we’re paying special attention to cleaning high-touch points in bedrooms and bathrooms. Laundering of all our linen is done by Celtic Laundry who are certified in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and RABC (Risk Analysis Contamination Control – EN 14065), our towels and laundered in-house at over 60 degrees, with Commercial Industrial disinfectant detergent so you can enjoy a safe stay. We have also removed all cushions, pillows and high touch items, should you require additional items please just ask a member of staff. If you are staying more than one night with us we ask that you put your Clean room sign on the door handle when you leave the room.
Staff / Team Members:
To protect our team members we’ve provided them with PPE equipment including gloves aprons and hand sanitiser. We have a rigorous regime with additional hygiene and safety measures in place to help keep guest and our teams safe. All our teams have been provided with face masks, empowering then with the choice if they wish to wear them. We have clear processes for people to tell us if they are showing symptoms, temperature checks for staff on arrival / leaving of work.
Health of other Guests:
